A native of Tucson, Schultz has been sharing his tantalizing cuisine out of the historic Frosty Top building on 1st Avenue for almost five years.  The success of the restaurant has been overwhelming and Schultz and Gourdin-Schultz are both delighted with the positive response from the community. Gourdin-Schultz states, “We’ve been blessed to have a loyal and passionate clientele that is at the core of our success.  It’s been wonderful cultivating our concept in our current location.  It’s a unique building with an exceptional amount of history and charm.”  While guests of the restaurant agree that the current location has great character, the small size creates limitations for patrons as well as Chef Schultz and his staff.
