“Canyons & Cactus” celebrates the desert landscape with two oil landscape painters.

Greg Heil’s work uses bold bright colors in his contemporary interpretation of the desert in bloom, with an emphasis on the architectural aspects of nature. Dawn Sutherland is well known as a pleine air painter in the Celebration of the Grand Canyon annual exhibit. Her impressionistic oils capture the worlds most magnificent canyon, and desert scenes from her Tucson home.
